Shenzhen is reachable by air and by high-speed rail from major cities in mainland China and the Greater Bay Area.

  • For flights, plan onward travel from the airport to the final venue once the address is published.
  • For rail, choose the Shenzhen station that best fits your onward metro or taxi connection.
  • Allow extra arrival time during peak travel periods and keep your final-day departure flexible.

Staying nearby

Accommodation recommendations will be narrowed to the venue neighbourhood when the address is announced.

  • Reserve a hotel with flexible cancellation if you are booking before the venue announcement.
  • Prioritise a direct metro or short taxi connection over a specific hotel brand.
  • October is a busy travel period; book early once you know your preferred travel dates.
